Managing Broker

As Broker Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our talented team of agents in our North Cape May office. You’ll not only help grow our agent roster but also provide training, mentorship, and guidance to ensure their success. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to resource for agent transaction support, including addressing buyer and seller concerns and ensuring compliance with transaction files.

  • Develop and implement agent training programs, fostering skill growth and professional development.

  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture through effective communication and collaboration.

  • Actively contribute to the recruitment and onboarding of new agents, helping to expand our team.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure smooth transactions.

We’re looking for a candidate with:  

  • A minimum of 5 years of real estate sales experience. 

  • A passion for teaching and team building, paired with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a client-focused mindset.
