Independent & Motivated: You're a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, supportive team environment, much like a school of fish working together.
Active & Strong: This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, and we need someone ready to tackle the physical aspects—like lifting 50 lbs or more—with energy and enthusiasm.
Calm in the Storm: Cape May summers can be bustling, but you know how to keep things running smoothly with a smile, even when the tides are high.
Driver's License Required: A valid NJ driver's license is essential for this role.
What You'll Be Doing:
Overseeing the cleanliness and guest-ready presentation of each property with an eye for perfection, ensuring they're as pristine as the beach at sunrise.
Collaborating with the Head Property Manager to ensure smooth scheduling, inventory management, and flawless turnovers, like a well-orchestrated sailboat race.
Inspecting properties before guest check-ins to guarantee everything meets our high standards, ensuring each guest feels like they've washed ashore in paradise.
Managing a small team of cleaners, making sure they uphold our Sea Haven standard of excellence, like a captain leading their crew.
